  • How does the delivery work?

    Once we have received payment from you we will organize the delivery you. In most cases we can deliver within 3-5 business days on a date specified by you (let us know if you need the containers more urgently – we will see what we can do).

    We will then put you directly in touch with our trucking partner to ensure all details are covered for the delivery (e.g. in which direction you want the container doors to face, what time of the day you prefer for the delivery, any special things the driver needs to know).

  • What container types are available for sale at Container Hero?

    We specialise in the most common container types: 20ft and 40ft high cube containers. These we can offer you all over the US for the best prices and in great conditions and specifications.

    If you need a special container type (53ft, 10ft, containers with two doors etc.) please also request a quote – we work with container providers all over the US and can most likely also organise them for you.

  • What do the different container conditions mean?

    Brand New (One-trip): These are also known as “One-Trip” and have most likely carried a single load of dry goods into the U.S. before being made available for sale. They may have some superficial damage due to the journey but otherwise, they are in perfect condition and do not require any maintenance. 

    Used (Cargo-Worthy): These containers are deemed suitable to transport cargo from point A to B. They usually come with minor dents, scuffs and scratches, but will be structurally sound, sealed and waterproof.
